Zac Arveseth, our Formulations Intern is excited to get his agricultural start here at Aqua-Yield. He is excited to learn more about chemical engineering, help out with several new and exciting projects, and discover more about fertilizer and how it helps in agriculture. Zac is happy to be a part of this growing company and wants to be part of its growth. Zac is an avid sports fan and loves basketball, golf, and soccer. Living in Utah he also enjoys hiking, seeing new places, and experiencing new things.

We are excited to welcome Micki Palmersheim to the team as our Regulatory Specialist. Micki has a unique background in the agricultural world. In her graduate studies, she researched Alfalfa Leafcutting Bees, which are managed bee species that are incredibly important for alfalfa seed production. She has studied pollinator populations for the last seven years and we are thrilled to have her background with us for the Aqua-Yield team. Her experience with pollinators really drove Micki’s passion for improving practices in agriculture to help maintain food security, and especially for innovating sustainable solutions. Aqua-Yield's technology, which provides sustainable options and improves the effectiveness of agrochemicals, had her excited immediately. When Micki isn’t working, she enjoys hiking and exploring local breweries with her dog, Pickle. She’s happy to be in Utah to get back into snowboarding.

As the Aqua-Yield Vice President of Finance, Josh Roberts is excited to be a part of a company that is making waves and pushing the technology of a traditional marketplace. Aqua-Yield is thrilled to have Katherine join the team; Katherine van der Woude is our new Research Biologist. Katherine has a background in Sustainable Agriculture and has researched a watershed study comparing multiple best management practices and the effects it has on water quality. Once she began her career at the University of Connecticut Extension and Outreach, Katherine’s focus shifted to soil health. She’s excited to bring her work with agroecosystems and food security to the advanced technology of Aqua-Yield. In her free time, Katherine enjoys exploring the world and traveling with her blue heeler, Oliver. She also enjoys camping, hiking, and rock climbing.

NanoPro is the Aqua-Yield® flagship carrier adjuvant for crop protection applications. Add NanoPro to any Plant Growth Regulator (PGR) product to increase plant uptake and amplify the end result for crops. PGR products mimic natural plant hormones that either promote or slow plant growth. The chemical structure of PGR products is highly synergistic with Aqua-Yield nanotechnology.
